Inge Herzog, a Swiss national is also a professional trained chef in her own right. She fell in love with Asia when she joined her fellow Swiss chefs to compete in an international food competition in Singapore in the 1980's. She moved to Hong Kong in 1991 and married Stefan Herzog shortly thereafter. Since then, she has been organizing caterings for many private homes, schools, churches and cruise parties.
At dine.athome, Inge Herzog handles all the administrative duties besides planning and supervising the caterings alongside with Stefan Herzog.
A Swiss national, Stefan Herzog was educated and professionally trained as a Master Chef in Switzerland. He arrived in Hong Kong in 1985 and worked several years with the Peninsula Group as Executive Sous Chef at the Peninsula Hong Kong and Executive Chef at the Repulse Bay Restaurants. In 1990, he took over as the Chef / Patron of Stanley's French Restaurant and brought quality gourmet dining experience to the bayside scenic spot of Stanley.
Apart from managing the dine.athome catering service, Stefan acts as advisor and consultant to numerous Restaurants on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
